Harsh is a design researcher, strategist & an all-round fixer for complex problems.

He loves untangling ambiguous charters in cross functional product teams – making sense of things, to build things that make sense.

His superpower is his ability to scope & setup research initiatives for success, ingest large amounts of qualitative data, join the dots and synthesise actionable, user centric insights.

Increasingly, his practice has been revolving around how the next billion users on the internet will use and experience products, services and systems.

In the past two years, Harsh has spent extensive time researching & designing products in the domain of education & technology – especially with Gen Alpha (born between 2010 - 25) in low & middle income countries in a quest to achieve universal foundational literacy using assistive learning technologies.

Harsh received a formal education in Industrial Design at MIT Institute of Design, IN. He's based out of India and spends his spare time studying the past, present & future of Indian internet products.
