CHALLENGE

██████ █████████ ███ █████████ saw astronomical growth in their suite of learning, collaboration & communication products globally at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to maintain gains & potential grow further, the education-focused leadership at ██████ mandated a charter to explore NBU regions to better understand how emerging markets were using their suite of products and assess how can these new edtech users be retained even after schools reopen.
