OUTCOME

  • In-depth understanding of what ‘meaningful work’ meant to people, their motivations to do quality work, their perceptions around earning money by working digitally, and how they value their effort & time

  • Behavioural & demographic indicators to target the ideal micro task worker

  • Cultural immersion for the product team in local practices, validated product concepts & a bank of ideas to explore further
